We’re equipped to cater up to medium sized productions with up to 20 member crews including director, creators, specialists, makeup artists, models and actors.

TALENT CASTING
We operate our own network of thousands of local models, actors, dancers, and singers with the mission of sourcing, attracting, selecting, and presenting talented individuals seeking to participate in photo/video productions to clients. Talent casting services can be included in photo & video services.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Casting includes a dedicated manager who will work closely with clients and use specific criteria to source and create a pool of suitable available models and actors which are presented for approval. For more info view our casting page here.
STARTING FROM
Our casting team works closely with clients to develop a suitable budget that works to support your specific project size and scope. Once we understand the scope of your project, we’ll be able to share a quote on the total cost including talent fees.
Talent fees are variable fees paid directly to models or actors.

Casting phase:
- Casting team collects brief and preference details from client
- Casting team works to source talent and makes a PDF presentation for client
Presentation phase:
- Client reviews and selects desired talent (or our team can do this)
- Casting team then reserves and books selected talents for the desired date.
Communication Management:
- Our casting team leads all coordination and communication between all stakeholders and teams. (Clients/Director/Talent/Production/Crew)
Location Management:
- Our casting team manages all aspects of making sure talent are ready when required while on-location. Such as time schedules, makeup preparation, wardrobe management, and more. This is called wrangling.

Our studio caters to all types of clients, projects and needs. We offer headshots, portraits, team portraits, product photography, automobile photography, e-commerce fashion and even accommodate bulky items such as furniture.
We use state-of-the-art professional equipment to capture stunning images that exceed client expectations. Our packages are flexible and can be customized to fit your specific needs and budget. Whether you’re a business owner, a model, a marketer or a family looking for beautiful portraits, our studio is designed to accommodate you.
⚠ Note: We don’t rent our studio. This is a photography service we provide inside a studio.

Our basic studio includes an advanced setup that can cater to groups of up to 10 people at a time (approximately).
The studio has free parking, private makeup rooms, private washrooms, private changing rooms, coffee & snacks facilities, plenty of chairs for spectators, a privacy curtain (upon request), and a large 60-inch 4K TV on wheels for live photo shoot previews.

The hourly rate is AED450 onwards (after 1 hour).

HAIR & MAKEUP
Our studio has a dedicated and private makeup room that can accommodate 5 people including luggage and desk space for full professional makeup kits and lighting. This space is free to use during your allotted time.

TIMINGS
Studio sessions must be booked at least 7 days in advance. Availability is subject to change according to our schedule. If the time or day you prefer is not available we will provide an alternative slot. To secure and lock in your studio session on your specific date and time, a 100% advance payment is required.

The main studio can accommodate between 1 to 15 people at a time for group portraits. There is also seating space to comfortably accommodate up to 10 additional spectators, behind the studio.
We also have an “extended studio” which is 4X larger (can accommodate 4 cars lined up side by side or up to 100 people) and only available upon request and subject to advance booking and deposit. Please email us if you need an extended studio.

The Booking Process
From the moment that you first submit an inquiry to the moment we deliver
Inquiry
Upon receiving your inquiry, we analyze your request to determine availability and other logistics. We prepare questions and answers to your questions and aim to respond as soon as possible.
Consultation Call
We agree on a date and time to have a consultation. The consultation call helps us determine your needs while providing you with a service proposal and quotation.
On Boarding
Once you decide to work together, we begin the onboarding which includes signing agreements, and contracts and exchanging formal documents according to your business structure.
Deposit
We collect deposits or 100% payment for all services before starting work. Work begins once payment or Purchase Order is issued. In production services, your booking date becomes secured and locked in once the deposit is received.
Work Time
Depending on the type of service you select, this is the phase where the service is executed as per our pre-agreed arrangements, timelines, and contract.
Delivery
Following the service contract completion or production session we then deliver you the final deliverables or in the case of production, we begin phase two which is editing/retouching. All final timelines for deliverables will always be mentioned in our Statement of Work.
